Springfield's Karate Kid Contest
Do you have what it takes to become Springfield Missouri's Karate Kid?
The Karate Kid Training Day will tie into the contest by teaching families in the community about the personal development skills that the original and upcoming Karate Kid movies promote. For children and families, we will discuss the effects of bullying, how to avoid bullying, and how to protect yourself from a violent bully. For adults, we will focus on teaching some defensive skills and martial arts movements for improved health. We will also teach how our school can help all students to improve their focus, confidence, and health in a fun way that works for the whole family.

Join us in our competition to earn the title of Springfield's Karate Kid.
The contest will run from Friday June 4th through Friday July 16th.
We are looking for children ages 4-12 and teens/adults ages 13+ to submit a video of their best empty handed (no weapons) martial arts moves.
